Learn more about Tania →The Whole Warrior Solutions Framework™
Our signature framework brings trauma-informed, person-centred support together with practical capacity building. It helps people understand themselves, strengthen their voice and move towards greater choice, connection and independence.
Understand strengths, values, identity and story.
Build emotional wellbeing, resilience and ways to manage stress.
Strengthen boundaries, safety and respectful relationships.
Develop communication, self-advocacy and confidence to ask for help.
Practise decision-making, problem solving and everyday independence.
Create goals, connection, participation and hope for the future.
What makes it different? It is structured enough to create clarity, flexible enough to meet each person where they are, and focused on helping new skills carry into everyday life.
What guides our work
These values are interconnected—not separate boxes to fit people into. Together, they shape how we listen, collaborate and support meaningful change.
