Sessions are by appointment. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Limited after-hours availability may be discussed.
Physical and communication accessibility
The Wyong rooms currently offer a wide ground-floor double entry, accessible and ambulant bathrooms, a ramp with railing to the meeting room, lift access and accessible parking at the front of the building. Further parking is available at the rear. The location may be reached by train and bus.
Virtual sessions can use closed captions for people with hearing loss. Please tell us about any access, sensory, communication, cultural or support-person requirements when enquiring so we can discuss reasonable options. Accessibility can change, so contact us before travelling if a particular feature is essential.
Privacy tip: Please do not send detailed health or clinical information through ordinary email. Use the secure client or referral pathway and share only what is reasonably needed.
