Ways to provide feedback

You may speak with Tania directly, call 0401 503 477, email tania.gorry@wholewarriorsolutions.com.au, or write to Whole Warrior Solutions, 3 Amy Close, Wyong NSW 2259. You may ask a trusted person or advocate to support you, subject to consent and authority.

What to include

Share as much or as little as you can. It helps to include what happened, when it happened, who was involved, how it affected you and what outcome you would like. You may provide feedback anonymously, although this can limit our ability to investigate or respond.

What happens next

  1. We aim to acknowledge a complaint within two business days.
  2. We clarify the concern, any immediate safety or accessibility needs and the outcome being sought.
  3. Information is reviewed fairly and only shared with people who need it to respond.
  4. We provide an outcome, reasons and any improvement actions as soon as reasonably practicable.
  5. If you remain dissatisfied, we explain relevant review or external complaint options.

Where information raises an immediate safety concern, abuse, neglect, exploitation or another matter that must be reported or escalated, Whole Warrior Solutions may act as required or authorised by law and professional duty.
