Services, funding and bookings
An enquiry, referral or website description does not create a practitioner–client relationship, guarantee acceptance, reserve an appointment or confirm funding. Suitability, availability, professional scope, consent, fees, cancellation terms and any funding arrangement are confirmed separately before services begin.
NDIS participants and their representatives remain responsible for checking that a proposed support is consistent with the participant’s plan, goals, funding management and current NDIS requirements. Whole Warrior Solutions is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NDIA or NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
