Trauma recovery
Build understanding, safety and stabilising strategies without being pressured to disclose more than you choose.
Enquire ↗Women’s counselling, wellbeing & coaching
A warm, private and collaborative space for women navigating trauma recovery, grief, relationships, identity and significant life transitions—on the Central Coast NSW and by telehealth.

A human place to begin
Counselling can offer space to slow down, make sense of what you are experiencing and explore what safety, healing and meaningful change look like for you.
Our approach is trauma-informed, consent-led and person-centred. You remain in control of what you share, the pace of the conversation and the goals we work towards together.
Support is shaped around the whole person—not a diagnosis or a checklist. Practical strategies may sit alongside reflection, emotional support and opportunities to reconnect with your strengths and voice.
For people seeking future-focused goal support rather than counselling, private wellbeing coaching may also be discussed. The purpose and boundaries of coaching are clarified so it is not confused with therapy or an NDIS-funded support.
How support may help
The focus is individual. Depending on your needs and preferences, counselling may explore:
Build understanding, safety and stabilising strategies without being pressured to disclose more than you choose.
Navigate loss, changing relationships, identity shifts or periods when life feels unfamiliar.
Strengthen communication, recognise patterns and practise boundaries grounded in dignity and choice.
Develop practical ways to understand emotions, respond to stress and reconnect with hope and personal meaning.
Use future-focused conversation, goal setting and accountability when coaching—not counselling—is the better fit.
